Manan is a mental health initiative by Dr. Inchara B. & Dr. Nilanjan Datta that offers compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care through in-person and online consultation.

Our Vision

Manan is rooted in the understanding that mental health is shaped by an intricate interplay of biological and psychosocial factors. Care is therefore approached in an integrative manner, seeking not only to alleviate symptoms but to understand the individual within their unique personal and social context.

Access to mental health care remains limited for many due to geographical, social, and systemic barriers. Through online consultations, Manan seeks to extend care beyond these boundaries, reaching people across diverse settings and, wherever possible, working alongside community-based supports.

Continuity of care is another key challenge in mental health. Fragmented follow-up can affect long-term outcomes. Manan places emphasis on sustained engagement, using structured follow-ups and tele-mental health practices to support individuals through their recovery.
